Every Slot Reserved sells digital downloadable products. Because our products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, all sales are generally final once a digital product has been made available for download.
Digital Products
Every Slot Reserved products are downloadable PDF files. No physical product will be shipped.
Please review the product description and your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Once a digital file has been delivered or made available for download, we generally do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including:
- Changing your mind after purchase
- Purchasing the wrong kit or generation
- No longer needing the product
- Printer, paper, software, or device compatibility issues that are not caused by the supplied file
- Difficulty printing caused by incorrect printer settings
- Preference regarding the appearance or format of a product that was accurately described before purchase
Problems With Your Order
We want you to receive the product you purchased in usable condition.
Please contact us if:
- You purchased the same product more than once by mistake
- You received access to the wrong digital file
- The supplied PDF is damaged, corrupted, or cannot be opened
- Your completed order does not provide the expected download
- There is another technical problem with the file or delivery of your order
When possible, we will first attempt to correct the issue by providing access to the proper file, replacing a defective file, or helping troubleshoot the download.
If we determine that the problem cannot reasonably be corrected, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
Download and Printing Issues
Before requesting assistance with printing, please review our Printing Guide.
For best results, Every Slot Reserved PDFs should be printed using the settings specified in that guide, including printing at 100% / Actual Size when instructed.
Problems resulting from printer settings, automatic scaling, paper selection, third-party printing services, or unsupported equipment generally do not qualify for a refund.
Unauthorized Use
Purchasing an Every Slot Reserved product provides the purchaser with a license for personal use.
Files may not be resold, redistributed, shared, uploaded for public access, or reproduced for commercial sale.
A refund does not grant permission to retain, distribute, or commercially use the associated digital product.

Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
